The best teacher I ever had Submitted by: Elizabeth Reilly Ansnes (class of 1958) Date: 4/5/2010
My senior English teacher, Miss Moeler (Hilda?) was the best teacher I ever had; she wasn't the easiest, nor was she anybody's pal, but the lessons she taught are still with me 50 years later. She claimed that no student of hers had ever failed the UC Subject A exam, and it was certainly true of our year, even though the exam was given the day after our prom. She died not too many years later - a great loss
